Kendall Hoover

Whether we meet personally or professionally, you’ll probably find I have questions. Perhaps this inspiration comes from having five inquisitive young children, but you’ll generally find I want to learn more about what you have to say.

I have made a career of investigating the details of both individuals and businesses and then communicating the information that matters most to an audience. I started as a career counselor, resume writer, and non-fiction editor, but since 2010, I have been helping small business owners leverage the internet to grow their profitability by supporting the process of developing a brand and producing content that fits it. I worked as a freelance consultant before joining the PF team in 2020.

In my free time, I drink tea, read, bike, and run (and not just after my toddlers, though I do appreciate that pastime). I’m still figuring out a way to do all of my favorite activities at one time. For example, could the toddler carry the tea cup while I chase him? If you have an innovative suggestion on how this could happen, I’m entertaining ideas.
