The whole process was an impressive experience. What stands out about PF vs other agencies (we’ve worked with many) is their communication throughout the whole project. They always kept us informed of progress, regularly checked in to make sure we were happy with what they were producing, and were never precious about ripping up their work and making Chechnya at our request. They also needed far less input than general agencies. Their expertise of the accounting industry really shows and they know what it takes to make an accountant’s website generate and convert leads.
I admit I was hesitant to think about working with someone in the UK due to the time difference. I was concerned about being able to speak to them, or that response time would lag. I was wrong because that was not the case. When we have Skype calls, it’s really no different than having a phone call with someone who was local. I found PF to be highly organised and to have a systematic approach to dealing with clients. I am honestly more happy working remotely with PF than I would have been with a local provider.
