You don’t have to explain accounting-ese!

From accounting software to app integration to profit and loss statements, we talk the lingo. Better yet, we listen to what you tell us about the kinds of things your clients ask. So your site is interesting to them.

Built for your prospects, not yourself.

This is not a template site, with generic content, tax tables, business news & resources, calculators. It’s crafted from your buyer’s journey: what you want them to do, and in what order. All with your words & style.

Content + design + strategy

In websites, the words are only a small part of the big picture. We don’t build a nice looking site and then ask you to stuff words into it. We spend time listening to who you are, what you stand for, your process and your clients’ issues. We will do some writing, but wherever possible it’s word for word what you (and your clients) say.

Start an ideas list

The last thing you want to do is build a website…and then simply let it sit there gathering internet dust. During our website process, marketing ideas will come up. We document those along the way (and will make suggestions based on your  firm). This means marketing moves forward from the day of site launch.

Website management available post-launch

Once your site launches, who’s going to add new pages? Write blog posts? Source images? We include video training on your custom built site so you can edit it yourself post launch. You can choose a monthly website maintenance package so it’s all taken care of for you, if you wish. Or a Marketing Co-Pilot & Tracking bolt on so you can review your ROI from all your marketing (not just your website).

Testimonials

Enough from us. Here's what the accountants have to say

I admit I was hesitant to think about working with someone in the UK due to the time difference. I was concerned about being able to speak to them, or that response time would lag. I was wrong because that was not the case. When we have online calls, it’s really no different than having a phone call with someone who was local. I found PF to be highly organised and to have a systematic approach to dealing with clients. I am honestly more happy working remotely with PF than I would have been with a local provider.

Accounting firm in California, USA, Whittaker & Company, California USA

We had ventured down this road about 18 months ago, tried to do it “cheaper”, with the slow-burn approach. The other agency didn’t really get what we wanted. This time around, we decided to go all in – brand, logo, website, CRM systems, content. In terms of our personalities, a slow-burn approach meant losing focus and impetus, and following through to the end wouldn’t happen. A more intense implementation just made more sense.

Services and Fees

Here’s the deal. All this website goodness doesn’t come cheap, and we may as well state that up front. The average website design & build fee comes in around £10k – some spend more, some less.

Not everyone needs to have a site built at this level. If you want to do it yourself, or your budget is low, we can still help.

Here are some of the typical fees…

Customer Journey Site
from £12k - £20k
Conversion Site
from £9k - £13k
Customised Site
from £6k - £10k

Accelerator

Accelerator

Get coaching and accountability to help build your marketing skills just like Jonathan from Raedan:

“If you speak to a client, they don’t want accounts. They don’t want a tax return. They want advice, help, and support. Integrating this into your marketing can feel like a big challenge. The Accelerator gave me the skills to do some of the marketing myself, but it’s also a process. It helps you focus on who you are as a firm, and who you want to be. Who are your clients? What are their real needs? This will help you figure out how to integrate what your clients need into your marketing.”
