I admit I was hesitant to think about working with someone in the UK due to the time difference. I was concerned about being able to speak to them, or that response time would lag. I was wrong because that was not the case. When we have online calls, it’s really no different than having a phone call with someone who was local. I found PF to be highly organised and to have a systematic approach to dealing with clients. I am honestly more happy working remotely with PF than I would have been with a local provider.
